Marshall is honored by the City of Chicago with Marshall J. Auerbach Place

The intersection located at the northwest corner of West Randolph Street and North Dearborn Street has been formally named "Marshall J. Auerbach Place" by the Chicago City Council.

Marshall receives Distinguished Service Award from John Marshall Law School

Marshall J. Auerbach was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award which was bestowed on him by the John Marshall Law School on May 15, 2009. The ceremony took place at a luncheon at the Palmer House in Chicago before approximately 500 lawyers and judges along with the States Attorney of Cook County. The award was in recognition of services in the field of matrimonial law in the state of Illinois.
